Ministry of Water Resources, Govt. of India is celebrated “India Water Week -2012” on the theme “Water, Energy and Food Security - Call for Solutions” from 10th-14th April 2012.
The event is being organized with a view to provide a forum for exchange of views and forming opinions about future developmental needs of water resources sector, issues that need to be tackled in diverse socio-economic scenarios, technologies and services available for solutions envisaged.

Mr. Gaurav Solanki, Programme Officer, SulabhENVIS Centre attended a technical session on “Water Quality and Health session”.
The event is attended by more than 1000 delegates from India and abroad, besides Ministers of Water Resources from other countries to deliberated on the challenges facing the water, energy and agro-food sectors to meet the food requirement of burgeoning population under increasing pressures on land and water resources in Asia and consequences of apprehended climate change. SulabhENVIS also actively participated and attended the conference.
